1. Summary

Work Time Tracker Pro is a local-first application for Windows and Apple platforms. Your work-session data stays on your device. The App does not require an account, does not sell personal data, and does not send your tracking data to Enmirth servers as part of normal use.

2. Information the App stores on your device

When you use the App, it may store the following information locally on your device:

  • Work session start and end times
  • Optional task descriptions you enter
  • App preferences (for example theme, opacity or display settings, idle-detection setting, keep-screen-on, and layout preferences)
  • Encryption-related material used to protect stored App data on the device (Keychain on Apple platforms)

Typical storage: on Windows, under your AppData folder for Work Time Tracker Pro; on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Watch, in the App sandbox.

This information is used only to provide the App’s features: tracking time, showing summaries, exporting CSV files you request, and remembering your settings.

3. Platform-specific features

Idle detection (Windows and Mac): if idle detection is enabled and a session is active, the App may use operating-system idle time (time since recent keyboard or mouse input). On Mac this does not require Accessibility permission. That signal is used only on your device to decide whether to show an idle prompt. The App does not upload idle-time data to Enmirth. You can turn idle detection off in the App where the setting is available.

Active-session notification (iPhone and iPad): while a session is active, the App may show a local notification so you can see that tracking is in progress. The notification may display your optional task text. That information stays on your device. On iPhone and iPad you can also choose Keep screen on only while a session is active.

Apple Watch companion: you can start or stop tracking from your wrist and see today time and recent sessions on the watch. That information stays on your Apple Watch and paired iPhone. The App does not upload Watch session data to Enmirth.

Apple TV: you can start or stop tracking and review session history on Apple TV. That information stays on the Apple TV. CSV export is not available on Apple TV.

4. What we do not collect

In normal operation, the App does not collect or transmit to Enmirth:

  • Your name, email address, or payment information (the App has no sign-in)
  • Your work-session history or task notes
  • Precise location data
  • Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data
  • Advertising identifiers or marketing profiles

The App also does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that report your usage to Enmirth.

5. Exports and files you create

If you use Export CSV, the App writes files to a location you choose (Windows and Mac) or opens the system share sheet so you choose where the file goes (iPhone and iPad). Those exported files are under your control. Enmirth does not receive them unless you separately choose to share them. Export is not available on Apple TV.

6. Data security

Local App data is stored using encryption on your device to help protect it from casual access. On Apple platforms the encryption key is kept in Keychain. No method of electronic storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for the physical and account security of the device where the App is installed.

7. Data retention and deletion

Your data remains on your device until you delete it. You can erase App tracking data using the App’s reset function where available, and/or by uninstalling the App (on Windows you may also need to remove the local data folder). Enmirth does not retain a copy of your local tracking data because it is not uploaded to us.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

9. Third-party services and operating system

The App runs on Windows, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS and may rely on standard operating-system features (for example window or notification management, share sheets, Keychain, Watch Connectivity, Apple TV remote input, and on Windows and Mac system idle time). Those features are governed by Microsoft’s, Apple’s, and your device policies, not by this Privacy Policy.

If you download the App from the Microsoft Store, the App Store, or the Mac App Store, that store’s terms and privacy policy also apply to the download and update process.

10. International users

Because data is stored locally on your device, processing generally occurs where your device is located. If you move or back up your device or files, your data moves with those backups under your control.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will be revised when changes are published. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
